lineless paintings

Price margin
From 150$ to 350$

Detailed illustrations made in a lineless, painting style. Very scenic and with lots of texture, so ideal for showcasing character lore or dramatic themes.Due to the complexity of these illustrations, please contact me directly for an exact estimate! There's a lot of tricky aspects to this style. so flat rates are inaccurate to enforce. As such, I need as much information as I possibly can before giving you a quote.

terms of service

By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms.

1. PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS

I accept payments ONLY through Payment Invoices, as well as in USD. A minimum of 50% of the total payment must be cleared before I start your commission, and you must let me know beforehand if you're planning to split the payment so I will be able to format the invoice accordingly. Commission payments are divided in two parts; flat price and up-charge. Flat prices are the minimum price for each piece according to the estimated time it should take me to complete on average, and up-charge rates are the additional charge that may be added depending on the complexity of the requested commission. Whether up-charges are applied and to which degree depends solely on a case to case basis, and generally refers to detailed backgrounds, special details, or alternative versions of the requested artwork [I.E. Art of a character, and a separate version with different clothing]. Prices are oftentimes negotiable, and I encourage you to let me know if you're commissioning under a budget! This way I will be able to offer options that suit your personal needs. My invoices will always include the option to add a tip, however, tipping will not upgrade your commission in any way from previously agreed upon details, and should only be done out of personal desire to support me, no obligation in the slightest!Refund Policy Full refunds will only be granted if the client cancels prior to any progress having been made on the requested piece. If a refund is requested after progress has already begun, a partial one may be granted depending on the amount of work made and the type of commission requested. There may be delays in refunds, and I shall try my best to properly fulfill them as soon as possible, but please be mindful the refunds may not be instantaneous. If I'm unable to complete your commission for any reason on my part [personal issues, illness, emergency, etc.] You will be immediately notified and refunded the whole cost regardless of where I am in the process.

2. Contact

Discussion of commissions will only be conducted via Discord @_fallenvixen_. Client must provide at least one clear and concise visual reference, although sending multiple references is encouraged; please supplement the visual reference with any important information I may need to know to correctly draw the character. [Description of personality, desired expression, wished accessories, etc]. Please follow the commission form here for this step! In the case of commissioning a custom design, client must provide a set of references/examples of the desired traits, and as much detailed information about the design as possible. This facilitates the creation process. I don't do rush orders! Nor do I accept additional payment for them. So, be mindful of this when ordering from me with a deadline in mind. Please request your commission with proper anticipation as to account for my usual delivery time of about 4 weeks on average! Do let me know of possible deadlines however. The client is encouraged to be as specific as they possibly can on what their commission request entails. If you have an idea in mind, please describe it with as much detail as possible! Visual references for accessories, environments, items and such to be added in the commission are encouraged as well.

4. Commission process

You MUST be of Legal Age to commission me. If I have accepted your commission, you will receive a PayPal Invoice within 1-2 days. Once payment has been verified, I'll create a draft of your commission. Think of this as a thumbnail or a very quick concept of what the overall commission will look like! Do not worry about awkward anatomy or minor missing details at this stage, they will be corrected once I make the definitive sketch. This decides poses, angles and the overall composition of the piece, so be sure you're satisfied with the draft. Feel free to ask for different draft options to choose from [only up to 2-3]! After the draft has been approved, a more polished sketch will be made. Any major changes or edits past this stage will be up-charged [I.E. Entire pose change, level of detail, or extra things outside of previously agreed elements]. If it is confirmed that the commissioner has seen the work made but no alterations were requested throughout the process, it'll be taken has implicit that the client has approved the present progress shown to them, and work on the requested commission will continue. For this reason, please tell me any and all possible changes that might be desired with proper anticipation. If I, the artist, make any errors in the character design, accessories, or any other visual elements specified in the provided visual references, I will make these edits at no additional cost. Commissioner can request to see a Work In Progress at any part of the process, although I ask that these are not redistributed publicly. Completion of simpler commissions is generally estimated to take no more than roughly 6 weeks on average. However, detailed illustrations with multiple characters // backgrounds may take an upwards of 2 months, as they are notably time consuming. If there are any unexpected delays in the completion of a commission, I will personally notify the customer. After your commission is completed, two files will be sent to you: the raw full resolution image and a Glazed version. Full resolution image is free for you to keep! But I request that you strictly only utilize the Glazed version publicly. [I.E social media usage, profile pictures, banners, so on.]

5. Sharing and redistribution

I, the artist, retain full and exclusive rights to the original artwork. The client may not claim it as their own or use it for anything other than personal purposes, unless they are to explicitly commission me for licensed work. Please contact me directly for more information if you are interested on licensed // distribution artwork. The client has my permission to re-upload the artwork wherever they would like, as long as proper credit is given [A link back to this website.], my watermark // signature remains intact and unaltered, and only the glaze-cloaked version is utilized in said re-uploads. The artist may post the finished artwork as well. I strictly prohibit my work from being utilized for AI model training or incorporating it into NFT products.

If these terms are broken, you will be privately blacklisted from commissioning me in the future.
