By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms.

1. PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS

• I accept payments ONLY through Payment Invoices, as well as in USD. A minimum of 50% of the total payment must be cleared before I start your commission, and you must let me know beforehand if you're planning to split the payment so I will be able to format the invoice accordingly.• Commission payments are divided in two parts; flat price and up-charge. Flat prices are the minimum price for each piece according to the estimated time it should take me to complete on average, and up-charge rates are the additional charge that may be added depending on the complexity of the requested commission. Whether up-charges are applied and to which degree depends solely on a case to case basis, and generally refers to detailed backgrounds, special details, or alternative versions of the requested artwork [I.E. Art of a character, and a separate version with different clothing].• Prices are oftentimes negotiable, and I encourage you to let me know if you're commissioning under a budget! This way I will be able to offer options that suit your personal needs.• My invoices will always include the option to add a tip, however, tipping will not upgrade your commission in any way from previously agreed upon details, and should only be done out of personal desire to support me, no obligation in the slightest!Refund Policy• Full refunds will only be granted if the client cancels prior to any progress having been made on the requested piece. If a refund is requested after progress has already begun, a partial one may be granted depending on the amount of work made and the type of commission requested. There may be delays in refunds, and I shall try my best to properly fulfill them as soon as possible, but please be mindful the refunds may not be instantaneous.• If I'm unable to complete your commission for any reason on my part [personal issues, illness, emergency, etc.] You will be immediately notified and refunded the whole cost regardless of where I am in the process.

2. Contact

• Discussion of commissions will only be conducted via Discord @_fallenvixen_.• Client must provide at least one clear and concise visual reference, although sending multiple references is encouraged; please supplement the visual reference with any important information I may need to know to correctly draw the character. [Description of personality, desired expression, wished accessories, etc]. Please follow the commission form here for this step!• In the case of commissioning a custom design, client must provide a set of references/examples of the desired traits, and as much detailed information about the design as possible. This facilitates the creation process.• I don't do rush orders! Nor do I accept additional payment for them. So, be mindful of this when ordering from me with a deadline in mind. Please request your commission with proper anticipation as to account for my usual delivery time of about 4 weeks on average! Do let me know of possible deadlines however.• The client is encouraged to be as specific as they possibly can on what their commission request entails. If you have an idea in mind, please describe it with as much detail as possible! Visual references for accessories, environments, items and such to be added in the commission are encouraged as well.

1. Art ACCess tiers

• Leaking or publicly posting any of my works that have been uploaded to Patreon is explicitly prohibited.• In the scenario that you are discovered to have shared any content outside of Patreon, your membership will be instantly terminated and you will not be receiving a refund. You will also be privately blacklisted from commissioning me outside of Patreon in the future.

2. long-term commissioner tiers

• You will be receiving one full-render commission every 6 months as long as you're a member of this tier.• Time is counted since the moment your membership starts, and commissions will be fulfilled accordingly. [Ex: If you become a member on February, you will receive your 6 month commission on August, and then your 1 year commission next February.]• In the case of cancellation before hitting a time milestone, you will receive a commission that matches the amount paid since the last landmark. In other words, if you have been a member for 3 months by the time of cancellation, you will receive artwork matching 3 months worth of membership. This could potentially be something such as a flat-colored sketch, for example. Money refunds might be negotiable depending on a case-by-case basis.• This tier is mostly projected for a one character with simple background illustration twice per year, and additional charges may apply in the case of additional characters or really time-consuming requests. Keep this in mind if you plan to ask for something on the intricate side of things!

If these terms are broken, you will be privately blacklisted from commissioning me in the future.

♢ NSFW CONTENT ♢

Additional terms of service for commissioning NSFW content from me.

1. Contact

• Client MUST be of legal age to commission NSFW content. You will be asked to state your age, and if you're found out to be lying, you will be blacklisted from commissioning me in the future.• Do not attempt to engage in personal sexual conversation with me. This includes things such as flirting, inappropriate roleplaying, nudes, etc.

2. Pricing

• NSFW commissions will be priced depending on the commission type + up-charge included. [E.G. A single character flat colored full-body, priced at $70 + $30 upcharge of its respective commission type, would result in a NSFW commission priced at $100.] All NSFW artwork shall inherently include an up-charge per added complexity of creating it.• However, adding from the previous point, NSFW rates are determined according to the commissioner's desired final product and the previous example is by no means definitive, please feel free to ask directly for an accurate price suited to your needs!• Pricing may go up depending on complexity, attention to detail, and the amount of characters desired.
